Purchasing a foal from us: 

• We require a signed contract

• We require a 10% deposit on the foal 
  • This deposit is 100% refundable if the foal dies or sustains a performance ending injury while still with us
• Photo/Video updates of your foal will be sent to you approx every month or as often as I get my camera in the pasture 
• The foal will be weaned at four to five months old and will be started eating grain and be put in a break away halter prior to pick up.
• Health and Coggins are included in purchasing a foal from us
• All foals come with a folder with all of their papers, information on dam and sire, health/care record sheet, and photos of them (these are anywhere from 15-30 pages long)
• We do accept payments throughout the summer and fall at no additional charge 
  • These are also refundable if the foal dies or sustains a performance ending injury while still with us
• There will be a 30 day pick-up window from the time that the foal is weaned to the time it must be picked up otherwise it is a $5 a day care fee until picked up. 
• We offer repeat buyer discounts, multiple foal purchase discounts, and veteran discounts.

Purchasing an adult horse from us:

• We require a 10% deposit on the horse if not picked up within two weeks
  • This deposit is 100% refundable if the horse dies or sustains a performance-ending injury while still with us
• Obtaining the Health and Coggins will be a $100 fee
• All horses come with a folder with all of their papers, information on dam and sire, health/care record sheet, and photos of them. 
• We do accept payments 
  • These are also refundable if the horse dies or sustains a performance ending injury while still with us
  • Board will be $100/month *May 1 to Nov 1*  and $150/month *Nov 2 to April 30* until paid in full *Board payments are non-refundable in the case of death or performance ending injury while still with us*​
