Peptoboonsmal is one of the most sought after sires in the history of the NCHA and AQHA. He currently stands for $15,000 to a waiting list of mares. He has stormed up the NCHA sire charts the last couple of years and all indications are he will continue. Peptos Playboy possesses the beautiful roan color that has created the ‘pink’ craze in the cutting industry. His dam is an own daughter of the #3 all time leading NCHA sire Freckles Playboy. Peptos Playboy has all of the royal blood of the current cutting horse industry wrapped up into a big, strong, pretty package.Peptos Playboy has qualified for the AQHA World Championship Show in Working Cow Horse. He is very nearly qualified in reining also. He stands at Lapke Quarter Horses. Cord's Dam goes back to Fancy Red Bark. Cord was a wonderful herd sire for many years. We were blessed to own him for a little over a year before he lost the battle with cancer. What we know about Playboy is that he was shown in the NCHA earning $2488 and was a great gentleman in his old age. We were very lucky to successfully settle a few mares to him and got two fillies to keep for our program. Recent testing in 2024 proved that Playboy was an EJSCA carrier per the results of his fillies on our ranch. RIP Playboy 1993-2020 |
